Alex came out early morning and fixed my leaking copper pipe , added refrigerant, back in business. Running perfectly by 9:30 in the morning. I can't say enough about there 1st class service from Manasota Cooling and Heating!

Brock arrived at our residence and work tirelessly until he found the issue with our heat system. He had to order parts but set the system to emergency heat so we would have heat over a VERY COLD weekend. It's freezing cold in Florida tonight and we have heat for the first time this year. WHAT AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE and QUICK RESPONSE!
Our AC went out last night and Alex came today to get it fixed for us! He came between the times he said he would. He diagnosed things and then went out to get a part for us. The prices are also reasonable!
It was going to take longer than expected and we got a call from someone at his office letting us know he would be delayed! Wow!
It's been over 100 with the heat index and one night was hard with no AC. We were worried we'd not have any for days, but luckily we got referred to MANASOTA COOLING AND HEATING!
They will be our ONLY source for our heating and cooling needs! Thank you Alex! From one small business owner to another... THANK YOU!

Exceptional Service.Our AC went out in 90+ degree heat and the owner Alex was next door helping our neighbor with her AC.He came right over afterward and found the leak in our AC unit.The next morning he brought us a brand new portable AC to use until he finished the repairs.He spotted that our thermostat was about to go down as well so we are all set now with wonderfully cool AC and couldn’t ask for a better company to always call and recommend to everyone in the Venice,Englewood,North Port and surrounding areas.He is honest,reliable,affordable and works with warranties.He and his wife work very smoothly together and saved us from who knows how long without AC in a heat wave.

If I could leave more than five stars, I would. This is the most honest trustworthy professional service company I have ever dealt with. I had a quote from one company for $14,000 to fix myair-conditioning, Alex came highly recommended from a friend of mine, he fixed it all for $320. It is working perfectly!

Called originally for a repair that turned into a replacement. Most people's worst nightmare, but not this time. From the time we realized it was the old units compressor to the new unit being in and cooling the house was less than a week. Very friendly and reasonable to work with. Definitely would recommend to anyone I know looking.

Great service with Alex- he arrived quick and got the air working in no time! The company before him One Way Air charged me $85 and diagnosed a problem- said they were going to order the part and I called them back within a week and then someone else tells me they cannot order the part! But the 85 dollars was never credited back since the issue was not fixed! Manasota Cooling so far has been AWESOME!!!!

This company by far the most Professional company I've ever delt with from diagnosis to replacement of my HVAC system. Alex had great communication through entire process and there was no high pressure sales and offered to repair unit but I elected for replacement.He will be my first call for AC repairs

My A/C went out on the hottest day we have had his year. I called Alex at Manasota Cooling and Heating, and he was able to come out the same day and get my issue diagnosed. He had my A/C fixed way faster than I ever expected and kept me updated every step of the way. Even sent me a text to let me know when he was close to my house. Completed the repair at a great price and even made sure the drain was cleaned and everything was in great shape before they left. Could not have asked for better service. I would highly recommend Manasota Cooling and Heating!

Alex is the most honest and helpful AC guy, or any other kind of contractor, that I’ve ever met. He shows up when he says he will and has super fair prices. He saved my elderly dad from getting ripped off for $18,000!!! By some other AC company ( ahem veteran air) was trying to scam my dad. Alex intervened and saved the day. Thank you Alex!! Also, shout out to Grace AC in Venice for following through on a warranty repair ( a referral from Alex)
